Breakfast on the Run



A typical breakfast for me is two large eggs with two slices nitrate free organic bacon, and usually fruit, although today I am out of fruit (must shop!) I also have one cup of coffee with organic dairy--I am searching for a grassfed dairy supply, but in the meantime having just organic. I try to mix my breakfast up by having leftover meat and fruit, or smoked salmon a couple of times a week--I also make a very good paleo cold curry salad that is great for breakfast--Lately though I don't have as much time as I need to prepare a more diverse diet--so this week it has pretty much been bacon and eggs...This is the first thing I want to change in the new year. Must plan out menus!
