Sunday--baked pork chops and spinach with baked sweet potatoes
Monday--slow cooked pork stew with parsnip,onion and carrots--(made huge vat) served with pear and bleu cheese salad
Tuesday--Free dinner at Cathleen's
Wednesday--Taco salad with guacamole
Thursday--pumpkin soup with apple, sun-dried tomato and bleu cheese salad.
Friday--Grilled steak with green beans and mushrooms
Saturday--Grilled pork chops with sauteed apples and tossed green salad.
Snacks this week are apples, carrots, and left-over stew.
I am still mostly avoiding dairy and nightshades, but am allowing myself a little organic pastured bleu cheese and some sun-dried tomatoes this week.

I need to take a tip out of your book mine just cost me 100$ for about four days worth of eating.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your dedication to plan as well as you do. We always looks for discounts, and try to eat well, but typically spend the same each week. One of these days I am going to make a 30 meal plan, and buy accordingly.
