Menu for the week

Sunday: Beef Bourguignon
Monday: Taco salad with guacamole.
Tuesday: Leftover taco meat with poached eggs and avocado.
Wednesday: Free (dinner out)
Thursday: Pork marinara, zucchini and mushrooms.
Friday: Roast chicken
Saturday: Thai easy chicken curry

Snacks are leftovers carrots, apples, pears, and walnuts.

(I altered this menu to reflect what we are actually eating--sometimes life throws little unexpected things at you which force you to modify your plans...)
