I was going to post Paleo Thanksgiving recipes this week, but Sébastien, over at Paleo Diet Lifestyle beat me to it, and why reproduce what he has already done so well?
All of the recipes sound delicious and are perfectly Paleo!
Right now, turkey is on sale pretty much everywhere. I saw it for 29 cents per pound at QFC, and it is probably even less at Safeway. I am thinking about buying one just because of the price and roasting it for just the two of us. Maybe I could get the butcher to saw it in half for me...
For the actual holiday I will be going home to the farm. I haven't been back for Thanksgiving there for several years--2003 I think was the last time. I hope this will be a fun and Paleo trip. I leave on Sunday for a week, and will try to update while I am over there--hopefully with pictures!
