Phase Two

So the way phase two works is that you add in foods from your phase two list, one at a time. Each time you add one in, you wait to see if you have a reaction (typically 12-24 hours). If you have a reaction, you go back to your list of "safe" foods for three days, then try another food, moving the food you had a reaction to to your "unsafe" list of foods.
