Breakfast:
Two hamburger patties.
Three omega three organic eggs.
1 cup coffee with 1/4 cup coconut milk.
Coconut oil
Lunch: (if I need it)
1 cup oxtail bone broth
3/4 cup oxtail meat (with fat)
1 cooked carrot.
Dinner:
Roasted chicken hindquarter (leg and thigh)
1 medium sized zucchini (about 1 cup sliced)
3 mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup chopped leek
Coconut oil
1 T. Coconut manna
I had breakfast later than planned. I was aiming for .5-1 hour after rising, and it was more like 1.5 hours...
Dinner however will be as soon as I get home, so around 5pm. Then if it is (hopefully) not raining, M and I are going for a short walk.
Otherwise, I will walk a mile or two on the treadmill. A treadmill is a good investment in Seattle if you like to walk. :)
