Meals, Day Twenty-Nine


Breakfast was shrimp and egg omelette with fresh raspberries and blueberries.


I had a snack in the afternoon of Macadamia nuts with cheese and wine.


Then an appetizer of avocado with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.




Dinner was 2 chicken thighs with sauteed zucchini.
