Breakfast was eggs with hamburger and broccoli, berries, and coffee with coconut cream.
After a snack of macadamia nuts and an apricot (not pictured), lunch was salad with leftover pork, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado drizzled with oil and vinegar.
Dinner was steak with broccoli and tomatoes, followed by a dessert of nectarines (not pictured).
