I eat out a lot. I think normally I do not spend as much time eating out, but the last couple of weeks have been challenging...Ideally, I would rather cook my own food... That being said, I think I have made adequate choices. Two more weeks to go, and I think they will be easier weeks.
In general, I think my use of fasting to control my appetite is working really well. Many days I have only a beverage with coconut milk for breakfast, followed by a snack of nuts in the afternoon and then a dinner with some protein and fat. This helps me keep my calories in check and the coconut milk keeps me satiated. Calorie-wise I am pretty much around 1500 per day without much effort...
I don't know that this would work for everybody, but it works for me pretty well.
