Day Nine



I had a huge cup of coffee with way too much coconut milk, and two ounces of almonds for "brunch" today. Mondays are a bit difficult because I work late (12:30pm-9:00pm). Rather than have breakfast and bring lunch and dinner to work, I bring some sort of brunch and dinner




Dinner was a new dish.
I copied Nom Nom Paleo and made some "emergency protein"
I threw some garlic and ginger in the pan and cooked up some green onions and spinach, then I added a pound of grassfed beef some coconut aminos and a splash of fish sauce and served it with steamed broccoli. It was super easy and super delish!
