Toast of the Week

So apparently the toast of the Week is moving around to various parts of the week now...

This week's toast goes out to Judith at The Art of Not Working .

Judith lives on a farm in New Zealand and follows a Paleo/Primal lifestyle much like my own--(well except that I live in the city and have no access to lovely New Zealand wildlife...) In any case, I have been following Judith's blog off and on for about a year and she is just wonderful to read.

She has an incredible sense of humor, entertaining and gorgeous pictures, apparently a library history (as do I), and no job!! Seriously. She quit her job, and is living off her savings on a farm for as long as she can.

I think she is amazing. I wish I could do that. As long as I had the internet and M, I think I would be happy. (AND I am not unfamiliar with farms, having grown up on one.) Hmmm. Will have to think about that...
