I took a quick inventory of cupboards and fridge today after shopping yesterday and see that I will not need to buy any fruit this week. I also have a lot of chicken, some ground beef, pork chops, tomato paste, spinach and coconut milk. This brings a lot of recipes to mind.
Sunday:
Brunch - poached eggs with spinach, hamburger and bacon fry-up. 1 cup raspberries.
Dinner - Primal Moussaka with Greek salad
Monday:
Breakfast - 1 ounce of macadamia nuts, 1 kiwifruit, 1 cup raspberries, handful of carrots
Lunch - Leftover Moussaka with Greek salad, an apple
Dinner - Thai red curry with chicken served over spinach, an orange.
Tuesday:
Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with leftover moussaka, 1/2 mango
Lunch - Leftover curry served over raw spinach, 2 kiwifruit
Dinner - Pork chops with Spinach Sesame Salad
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Pistachio nuts & dates.
Lunch - Leftover pork with salad, an apple
Dinner - Taco salad
Thursday:
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, handful of macadamia nuts, kiwifruit
Lunch - Leftover taco salad, an apple.
Dinner - Roast chicken thighs with tossed green salad, sliced mango.
Friday:
Breakfast - handful of almonds, 1 kiwifruit and 1 mango, baby carrots
Lunch: Leftover chicken with salad, an apple.
Dinner: Open
Saturday and Sunday: Open

I'm sure if I were able to plan like this my food bill would be lower.
