Whole30--Day 2



To start off day two, we had veggie hash, poached eggs with tomatoes, and coffee with coconut milk.



Followed by a snack of apricots and macadamia nuts,



followed by another snack of leftover steak.



And then a nice dinner of roast chicken thighs with green beans and avocado drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
