So, I didn't manage to go shopping this weekend, but made do with what we had in the house for yesterday's food. I will try to post my sweet potato hash for the "recipe of the week" this week. It turned out really good, and was an excellent compliment to eggs. That being said, I need to eat fewer sweet potatoes. They are too starchy and sweet to be a part of my regular diet...

TUE--Free night (my lovely cousin usually feeds us).
WED--Champagne chicken with green beans and baked sweet potato
THUR--Spaghetti and meatballs with zucchini noodles.
FRI--Thai green curry with pork and vegetables
SAT--Grilled steak and apple walnut salad--Grilled
