Brunch today!



Brunch today was leftovers from last night. Karney's Paleo Stuff. I tossed a few fresh mushrooms in a pan, along with the leftovers, and a chopped up sweet potato, and voila!

We usually only have "meals" twice per day. We have breakfast when we get hungry around 10:30 or 11am, then we have maybe a snack around 2 or 3, and dinner around 6 or 7. This helps with our budget. (When I am at work, I usually have a snack around 10:30, lunch about 1pm, and dinner at 6 or 7). Our snacks are usually fresh vegetables, and a handful of nuts, and possibly some fruit. We eat a lot of organic carrots because they are very cheap at Costco, and they taste great with walnuts, almonds, or pecans.

Dinner today was All Day Paleo Stew. (I had three bowls--for some reason I was just starving this afternoon.) No snack today though...
