Sunday menus
I only ate once yesterday, a nice meal of Karney's Paleo stuff with extra spinach and tomato with avocado. I drank about two liters of water yesterday and walked a few miles. I really like fasting until midday, I just have coffee with a little coconut milk for breakfast, then if I am starving, I will have a snack (like sardines)and I generally have dinner around 7pm followed by some fruit. Lately I have been eating some higher carb stuff, but am trying to focus on lower carb paleo. No more pears. Oranges and an occasional apple maybe, but low on the fruit, and fewer sweet potatoes...
