Breakfast!



Here is my yummy breakfast today:

Two Omega 3 eggs poached in 2 ounces heavy cream, with a large handful of cooked bay shrimp.

  1. Oh yes, I make "shirred" eggs (eggs baked or poached in cream) pretty regularly--normally I try to add some chives or green onion and tomato on top--today I had leftover bay shrimp from last night.

  2. Oh my, that'll keep you going for a while! Very yummy. Sunday morning here and I have no idea what I'm going to eat today - I need to get to the market as soon as I finish my coffee (with cream.)
