Whole 30 Day Two (No Dogma)

If you haven't read Richard Nikoley's post today, take a look, if for no other reason than he's entertaining. I try not to get caught up in dogma...

With that note, I stuck very closely to Whole 30 today. Did very well: steak, chicken, veggies, avocado, fruit. yum!

  1. What have you been eating for breakfast? I found that hard at first when I started AI. I'm not eating any fruit either so I'm really going crazy! Thank god for avocados!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I know! I LOVE avocados. I am eating low-sugar fruit, so I have been eating leftover steak and strawberries with cucumber slices for breakfast. The no-eggs thing is really hard to deal with--I love eggs for breakfast. This weekend I skipped breakfast both days and had an afternoon snack and early dinner. :)
