So this morning, I discovered Primal University. Even though this blog is focused toward students who are trying to be Primal, there is a lot of good advice for anyone starting out following a Primal or Paleo lifestyle--or anyone just needing some new inspiration!
I work at a University, and lot of what applies to students living a Primal life can also apply to staff and faculty. :)
