Meals, Day Nine



Breakfast was four eggs with four pork sausages, coffee and cream.



Lunch was a cup of arugula with olive oil and vinegar and sliced leftover pork shoulder(6oz).




I was running late for dinner and starving, so as soon as I got home I had an ounce of macadamia nuts. This meant that dinner was low on veggies--I had originally planned on asparagus with butter, but I will have that tomorrow--it would throw my ratios off to add it now.




Dinner was baked salmon with pesto (10 ounces).

Interesting note, both the pesto and the macadamia nuts were very salty to me, and I did not like them. I have also stopped salting a lot of my other foods

Note: Last night I was very dizzy which is sometimes a side effect of the ketogenic diet, and this morning I weighed 1.5 pounds less than yesterday...
