Meals, Day Eight



Brunch today was another shrimp and cream cheese omelette cooked in 1 T. butter with coffee and cream and two small pork sausages.



Dinner was 5 ounces of asparagus, (the yummy slender kind!) in 1 T. butter, and 14 ounces of pork shoulder. It was awesome and I was hungry! Today I did a some warm-up walking, and a circuit workout of two sets each of push-ups, squats, and dumbbell rows.
