Meals, Day Four

Breakfast:

4 Omega3 eggs
3.1 oz. Pork chop
Coffee
Heavy cream (1.5 ounces)




Lunch:
6.5 ounces pork chop
1 cup arugula
1 T. bleu cheese dressing




Dinner:

2 chicken hindquarters
1 cup zucchini & mushrooms
sauteed in 1.5 T. butter.
