Breakfast was eggs and sausage.
I found out that I was going over to my cousins about 11am, so was able to plan for it knowing that even though she was making us low-carb primal food that it would still have more carbs than I had counted on...So lunch was just a chicken leg hindquarter:
Dinner was Caesar salad minus croutons with shrimp and avocado, and a large bowl of mussels. I also had three moderately sized glasses of dry red wine.
All in all, I was pretty proud of myself for adjusting to the difficult circumstances and not buckling completely and hoovering the chocolate cake that was sitting on the counter...
