Meals, Day Six

Breakfast today was three slightly ugly eggs over easy and 3 ounces of leftover pork shoulder.




Lunch was another chicken hindquarter with arugula, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, (Sorry, no picture). Followed by an afternoon snack of another chicken hindquarter.




Finally, dinner was a piece of pork shoulder (7 ounces) and 1 cup of green beans with 1.5 tablespoons of butter.





Well, I made it through my week without doing too badly. Tomorrow I should know if after week one I lost any weight or inches, and give you a re-cap of my experiences...
