I need to take a break from my "experiment of one." I need a few weeks to look at my results and see what I can learn from it before I continue on. I also have a trip to England looming in a few weeks, so I think I may wait until I get back to continue this experiment. I have a lot of vacation planning to work on between then and now. Perhaps I will try something different while on vacation...I seem to always lose weight when I go to Europe--maybe that will be the next leg of my experiment. In any case, I will keep track of what I am eating, I just won't blog about it for a while.
So I will be back sometime in September officially, though I may pop in to say hi a few times in between. Arrivederci!
