I just decided to do it. I am starting 30 days of
Whole30 today. I need to take a step back and stop weighing myself every five minutes and maybe re-learn Paleo a little bit. During my past few experiments I went completely wild with the dairy products, so I think it would be a good change to give them up for a couple of weeks. Plus this will be a nice chance to re-set before vacation. I'll post pictures as I go. Later, peeps...
