Meals, Day Thirty-Two


Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cream cheese, 1 cup of raspberries and blueberries, coffee and cream.


Lunch was leftover stroganoff with broccoli and tomatoes.


Dinner was shrimp with creamy garlic sauce.


Dessert was two ounces whipped cream with a touch of stevia and powdered dark chocolate.
