Meals, Day Thirty-One


Breakfast was a cream cheese omelette with a handful of tomatoes, and a slice of nitrate free organic bacon.


And 1/4 cup blueberries


I had a snack mid morning of almonds and macadamia nuts.


Lunch was a large salad with leftover steak, avocado, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Dinner was ground beef stroganoff with broccoli mixed in.
