Meals, Day Thirty-Eight


Breakfast was bacon, eggs, berries, and coffee with cream.

I had a snack of macadamia nuts.


Lunch was leftover lamb with arugula, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.



Dinner was roast chicken with broccoli and cauliflower and a large dollop of sour cream.
