Breakfast was three eggs with a link of chicken sausage fried in butter with mushrooms, and a scant cup of raspberries with a sprinkling of blueberries accompanied by coffee and cream.
Lunch was cabbage, carrot and arugula salad with leftover chicken breast and dressed with homemade ranch dressing.
Dinner was leftover chicken with 1 cup cooked broccoli with butter and sour cream. I also had a glass of wine.
