Meals, Day Thirty-Six
Breakfast was eggs and nitrate free bacon with berries, coffee and cream.
Midmorning snack was macadamia nuts
Lunch was a salad of arugula, cabbage, carrots, tomato, cucumber, avocado and 4 ounces of pork loin with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Afternoon snack was 1.5 ounces cheese
Dinner was 4 ounces of lamb and 1.5 cups broccoli with butter.
Then to top it off, I had a dessert of mixed raspberries and whipped cream sweetened with stevia. I was starving this afternoon and evening, hence all the food...I went over on carbs a bit, but my calories and protein were fine.
