Meals Whole30, Day 5


Breakfast was three eggs scrambled with ground beef, spinach and mushrooms and a cup of mixed blackberries and raspberries...


and iced coffee with coconut milk.

I had a snack of macadamia nuts, and went out to a movie with M. After that, we had dinner out. I had chicken with chimichurri sauce and roasted veggies. Sorry no pictures...
