Meals Whole30, Day 4



Breakfast was two eggs with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms, and a sliced heirloom tomato.



Followed by berries and black coffee




Lunch was a large salad with leftover steak, cabbage, arugula and avocado with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.



For dinner, M and I went on a date. I had a green salad with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.


And a small steak with shrimp and roasted veggies. It came with some sort of sauce, but I ignored that and asked for no toast...
