Breakfast was eggs scrambled in coconut oil with leftover broccoli and a couple of mushrooms...
along with a cup of mixed berries and some black coffee.
I had macadamias for a mid-morning snack.
Lunch was another large salad with leftover steak, avocado, tomatoes, green cabbage, and arugula drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Dinner was steak and brocolini, and a dessert of fresh cantaloupe (not pictured).
