Meals Whole30, Day 2
Breakfast was two eggs with leftover broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and heirloom tomatoes with a cup of mixed blackberries and raspberries and black coffee.
Midmorning snack, macadamia nuts.
Lunch, large salad with cabbage, arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and 1 leftover chicken thigh. Dressing was olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Dinner was 4 ounces of steak with 1 small zucchini sauteed in coconut oil with a couple of mushrooms.
Well, I made it through the first two days just fine--the coffee without cream is OK--I guess I can live with it. :)
I may have some fruit or nuts later, I am still hungry, but I am giving my tummy a chance to digest a bit before I eat anything else...
