Day Four Breakfast


This morning I brewed myself a cup of coffee and added coconut cream to it--the thick stuff that comes to the top of a can of coconut milk. It was a good cream substitute.  I find that just coconut milk tastes too coconutty for me, but the coconut cream has more creaminess and a less intense coconut flavor.

I have to say this cup of coffee really made my day..
I feel much more lively today!
The rest of breakfast was a repeat of yesterday:  Eggs with some tomatoes as well as some raw sweet peppers I had in the fridge.
