Normally, I fast on Mondays and Thursdays, and only eat really one meal and a couple of snacks per day...But since starting the Whole30 I have been hungrier than normal so I am having breakfast and a smaller dinner and lighter snacks. So far I notice that I am sort of grouchy--mostly in the mornings and probably due to not enough coffee. I do like my coffee in the morning...I'll have to come up with a solution for that!
