Day One Summary

So my first challenge so far has been doing strict paleo while away for the weekend...I think I have done pretty well.  I fasted part of today and only had a small serving of snack food and some kombucha this afternoon.  Because of my need to eat very low carb in order to lower my tryglicerides, I ate a very low carb Paleo diet today.  Most people will be able to eat a lot more vegetables while doing a Whole30.  A good rule of thumb is to have one protein serving and two vegetable servings per meal.  With the kombucha added in, I had around 30 grams of carbohydrate today, so chose to limit the rest of my carbs...Tomorrow I plan to eat more veggies and less fruit and kombucha...
