Food!

Yesterday I had a small piece of leftover roast chicken and a few carrots for breakfast, along with one cup of coffee with cream. (I really prefer a more traditional egg-type dish, but I haven't been hungry in the mornings much lately.)

I had a snack midmorning of a few carrots, a small apple and a handful of walnuts.

Lunch was a huge salad with chicken and mixed greens and tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar:



Dinner was pork shoulder smothered in homemade roasted tomato sauce:
