Surprisingly, I dropped a pound yesterday--(maybe it has something to do with logging my food!) Anyway, since I have been fighting the creep lately, I'm excited about it.
Brunch today (I am working the evening shift tonight, so my eating schedule will be a bit different):
1 cup coffee (71 cents) with cream (35 cents)
1 small zucchini (1/4 pound--25 cents)and 5 mushrooms (86 cents) fried in butter (.18 cents) and coconut oil (.25 cents) with about 2 ounces of leftover ground beef from last night (about 80 cents), and two poached omega-3 eggs (50 cents).
Dinner: Leftovers from last night. Cooked ground beef (1/4 pound--39 cents), sun dried tomatoes 1/4 cup (10 cents), fresh herbs (50 cents), garlic (5 cents), zucchini(1/4 pound--25 cents), mushrooms 2.5 large (43 cents) 1/2 sweet potato (.25 cents).
Snack: Sardines (Trader Joe's $1.99)
This should be it for today, but if I end up eating anything unexpected I will update.
