Sunday didn't really count this week as far as showing how a Paleo budget can work...
I did not have breakfast, and went to an afternoon tea where I ate a very small portion of chicken salad along with coffee and cream (free!) and then had dinner at my cousin's house where we had olives, prosciutto, a little cheese, some tapenade, and artichoke and parmesan dip, an excellent bottle of wine, roast beef, potato cheese puffs, and berry pie with ice cream. It was sort of a belated birthday for M, and while not perfectly Paleo, it was completely free and delicious.
Today, I want to do better:
Breakfast: Coffee with cream $1.06
Lunch: Leftover beef stew from Saturday $1.03, and an orange .24 cents
Dinner: 7 ounces Tri-tip steak ($2.96), 1 small zucchini and 4 large mushrooms ($1.59), 1/2 avocado and 2 small tomatoes ($2.03)wine 1 glass .99 cents.
Total for day: $9.90
