I've been eating a lot of salads, and cooked vegetables with meat. Yesterday I had an afternoon snack of pickled vegetables and olives with about an ounce of all natural Italian dry salame ( nitrate, dairy, gluten and casein-free), followed by dinner of steak with zucchini with mushrooms cooked in coconut oil on the side.
Today I am having leftover steak and veggies with spinach, and for a snack I am having some beef jerky I made this weekend. (I added balsamic vinegar to the mix, and some Worcestershire sauce which I know has some sketchy ingredients (mainly sugar), but it needed something for flavor...Anyway, it turned out pretty well. next time I make it I will post the process with pictures.
